# What is CollabMind?

CollabMind is a project and client management platform built specifically for residential construction professionals — architects, interior designers, and design-build firms. It brings your projects, your team, and your clients into one organized, easy-to-use space so that nothing slips through the cracks.

Unlike generic project management tools that require you to adapt your workflow to fit their system, CollabMind was designed from the ground up with the residential construction process in mind. ### The Story Behind CollabMind

CollabMind was founded by Jackie Gusic, a Registered Architect with over twenty years of experience running her own boutique architectural design firm. Like many in the field, Jackie found herself spending more time managing emails, chasing decisions, and juggling project communications than actually doing the creative work she loved.

Unable to find a tool built specifically for residential construction workflows, she built one herself. CollabMind launched in 2025 as the platform Jackie wished she had from day one — and it is now available to architects, designers, and builders everywhere.
