In the sub-section titled Site, there are three sub-sections for various ways to create a record of the happenings on the construction site.

To enter the sub-sections click on See All to the right side of the screen.

## Site Notes

This area is where notes can be taken while on site.

<div><figure><img src="/files/kmYcxmWZ6dOT7bgmXl95" alt="" width="375"><figcaption><p>Click on the + sign to create a new note</p></figcaption></figure> <figure><img src="/files/PIqDzzSH39c9KrdyY6pd" alt="" width="375"><figcaption><p>Title your Note and click Document</p></figcaption></figure></div>

You can start entering text and utilizing the menu bar at the bottom of the screen for additional formatting options. The Bold, Underline, and Strikethrough buttons are available from the main menu.

<figure><img src="/files/7KsVis9c7m65nZRUnwBQ" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

The + sign here will pull up a secondary menu with additional formatting options.

<figure><img src="/files/mGMqRhJttYjNiPyqaTX9" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Clicking on the image icon will bring up a pop-up menu so a photo can be inserted right into the Note.

<figure><img src="/files/joxbfXz4lZGCf6mgXjHS" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

The To-Do function can be very useful for quickly keeping track of action items that are needed as meeting follow-up.

<div><figure><img src="/files/SUYulKBvQTMfRCVlvakT" alt=""><figcaption><p>Highlight the text that you want, click To Do</p></figcaption></figure> <figure><img src="/files/jLGXhmaVaNiY6TMZfsOX" alt=""><figcaption><p>The To Do add screen will pop-up, enter the relevant information and click Add To Do</p></figcaption></figure></div>

You'll be returned back to where you were in your note taking and the To-Do item will be saved into that list.

There is also a place for comments to be made on this Site Note as an aside rather than disturb the record of the Note itself.&#x20;

<div><figure><img src="/files/bQSxQti4jqqRTrxIJuRz" alt=""><figcaption><p>To access to read or leave a Comment, click on the Comment text</p></figcaption></figure> <figure><img src="/files/pWmTkFCnOdyiLVVjN4hL" alt=""><figcaption><p>Text can be added in the box and saved by clicking on the arrow</p></figcaption></figure></div>

## Site Photos and Videos

Uploading photos and videos from the site are done in the same way. The Photo section will be used here in the example. To add, click See All of the type of media you are going to upload.

<div><figure><img src="/files/mhDBVyeED9y769e3EMVC" alt=""><figcaption><p>Cick on the + sign to add photos</p></figcaption></figure> <figure><img src="/files/lcDKIdbK93LyfbOMmVV4" alt=""><figcaption><p>Add your photo description, tag, and upload with the + sign</p></figcaption></figure></div>

<figure><img src="/files/5t0V0usjqqjvfVIfNMhB" alt=""><figcaption><p>You can add multiple photos at once using the + sign within this pop-up. All photos entered this way will have the same Photo Description.</p></figcaption></figure>

*<mark style="color:green;">Tip: The Photo Description is searchable text so later if you think you'll want to see all images related to say flooring as an example, label your photos accordingly.</mark>*

Clicking on a Photo will allow for comments, making ups, and sharing. (Note that this secondary feature menu will not appear for the Videos.)
